For vendors

Supply candidates to companies that are hiring now.

The OnJob.io vendor marketplace is for recruitment agencies. Companies post talent requests, verified vendors send proposals and submit consented candidates, and the vendor is credited the shortlist fee when the company shortlists a candidate.

How the vendor marketplace works

From verification to shortlist, every step happens inside the recruiter portal.

  1. 01

Create a recruiter account and apply as a vendor

Sign up as a recruiter, then upload your registration or agency documents from the Talent Requests section. The OnJob team reviews them and verifies your company.

  2. 02

    Browse open talent requests

Verified vendors see live talent requests from client companies, including the role, job type and compensation where the client has chosen to show it. Clients can also invite you to a request directly.

  3. 03

    Send a proposal

Write a short proposal for the request. The client can view it and accept or reject it. One proposal is allowed per vendor per request.

  4. 04

    Add candidates and collect consent

Add candidates from your pool to the proposal. Each candidate is notified and asked to confirm availability. Consent requests expire after 24 hours.

  5. 05

    Submit to the client

Once your proposal is accepted, submit the candidates who have given consent. Only consented candidates can be submitted.

  6. 06

    Get credited on shortlist

When the client shortlists a candidate you submitted, the request's shortlist fee is debited from the client's wallet and credited to your vendor wallet.

What vendors get

Paid at shortlist

The shortlist fee set on the request is credited to your vendor wallet when the client shortlists your candidate.

Consent built in

Candidates confirm availability before they reach a client, so every submission is someone who agreed to be put forward.

Direct client conversations

After a client accepts your proposal, you can start a conversation with them from the proposal.

Status at every stage

Track each candidate as consent pending, consented, submitted or shortlisted, and see every proposal and its status.

Invites from clients

Clients can pick verified vendors from the vendor pool and invite them to a specific talent request.

Bank payouts

Add a bank account for verification and request a payout of your vendor wallet balance.

What companies get

Companies run talent requests from the client portal.

Post talent requests

Describe the role and set the shortlist fee you will pay per candidate. Requests stay open for 15 days unless you set another date.

Verified vendors only

Only agencies whose documents have been verified by OnJob can view requests and send proposals.

Accept proposals first

Vendors can submit candidates only after you accept their proposal, so you decide who works on your role.

Pay only for shortlists

Your wallet is charged the shortlist fee only for the candidates you shortlist. Reviewing submissions costs nothing.

Vendor FAQs

Who can become a vendor on OnJob.io?

Recruitment agencies with a recruiter account. You apply by uploading registration or agency documents, and you can view talent requests once the OnJob team has verified your company.

Is there a separate vendor sign-up?

No. Create a recruiter account first, then apply to become a vendor from the Talent Requests section of the recruiter portal.

When can I submit candidates to a client?

After the client accepts your proposal for that talent request, and only for candidates who have confirmed consent. Consent requests expire after 24 hours.

How do vendors earn?

Each talent request carries a shortlist fee set by the client. When the client shortlists a candidate you submitted, that fee is debited from the client's wallet and credited to your vendor wallet.

How do I withdraw my earnings?

Add a bank account for verification, then request a payout from your vendor wallet. If a payout fails at the payment gateway, the amount is returned to your wallet.

What does a company pay?

Posting a talent request is free. The company adds funds to its wallet and pays the shortlist fee for each candidate it shortlists.

Can a client invite my agency to a request?

Yes. Clients can browse verified vendors and invite them to a published talent request. Invites appear in your Talent Requests section.
