India job market trends

OnJob publishes free, citable data on India's job market computed from its own crawl of company career pages and applicant tracking systems — currently 23,938 live listings from 1,336 employers, of which 5,780 are in India. The pages cover where India is hiring, which employers are hiring, hiring momentum, demand composition and advertised pay. All of it is free to reuse with attribution.

The job feed is refreshed continuously and the derived pages rebuild with it. External data sources are captured on a daily schedule, and each page prints the capture date for every figure it shows. Where a source failed to refresh, the page says so rather than presenting an old number as current.

Yes. Everything on these pages is published under CC BY 4.0, which means you can reuse it commercially provided you credit OnJob.io and link back. Each page carries a ready-to-paste citation. If you need a cut of the data we have not published, ask and we will look at adding it as a page rather than sending a one-off spreadsheet.

Because we do not have the history yet, and inventing it would be worse than omitting it. Our feed contains jobs that are open right now; charting it by posting date would show a decline that is really just filled roles dropping out, not a hiring slowdown. Our own dated series began on 23 July 2026. Until it is long enough to mean something, anything here with a time axis comes from a source that already has real history.
