OnJob Recruiter Network lets independent and work-from-home recruiters source candidates for live company requirements. When a client shortlists a candidate you submitted, you are paid the shortlist fee set on that requirement, ₹500–2,000 per shortlisted candidate, whether or not the candidate is finally hired.
Sign up as a recruiter with any email address, including Gmail. Choose Freelance during account setup and send a short request. The OnJob team reviews every request, usually within one business day.
Browse open talent requests from client companies in the recruiter portal and send a proposal. Once the client accepts it, submit candidates from your own network or the OnJob Talent Repository who have confirmed their availability.
When the client shortlists a candidate you submitted, the shortlist fee set on that requirement is credited to your wallet. Add a bank account for verification and request a payout.
Shortlist fees on the OnJob Recruiter Network are ₹500–2,000 per shortlisted candidate. Some worked examples:
These are worked examples, not earnings figures. Each requirement carries its own shortlist fee set by the client, and you are paid once for every candidate of yours the client shortlists. Payment does not depend on the final hire, offer, joining date or retention.
Recruiters who work for themselves and want access to company requirements without signing an agency contract for each client.
You do not need a company email. Sign up with Gmail or any other address and request a freelance account, which the OnJob team approves.
HR and talent acquisition professionals who source part-time or between roles, from home, on their own schedule.

On the OnJob Recruiter Network you earn ₹500–2,000 for each candidate a client shortlists. The exact amount is the shortlist fee the client sets on that requirement, and you are paid for every one of your candidates that is shortlisted.
The shortlist fee is credited to your wallet when the client shortlists your candidate. You do not wait for an interview, offer or joining date. To withdraw, add a bank account for verification and request a payout; if a payout fails at the payment gateway, the amount returns to your wallet.
The client company. Clients add funds to their OnJob wallet, and when they shortlist a candidate you submitted, the requirement's shortlist fee is debited from the client's wallet and credited to yours.
Yes. Create a recruiter account with any email address, then choose Freelance during account setup and submit a freelance request. The OnJob team reviews each request, usually within one business day. Recruiters with a company email can join as a company instead.
Freelance accounts are approved by the OnJob team before you can view client requirements. Recruitment agencies upload registration or agency documents for verification. Before you can withdraw earnings, your bank account is verified, and payouts require PAN and KYC.
No. Creating a recruiter account, requesting freelance access and submitting candidates to a requirement cost nothing. Some sourcing tools, such as unlocking profiles from the Talent Repository, use credits, and a payout fee shown in your wallet may apply when you withdraw.
The client. Clients review every submission on their requirement and shortlist the candidates who fit the role. You can only submit candidates after the client accepts your proposal, and only candidates who have confirmed their availability.
Talent requests from clients, the Talent Repository, email outreach and credits. Job posting, job applications and team seats are not part of a freelance account, because freelancers source for client requirements rather than post their own jobs.
