• Third-party sign-in — when you sign in with Google, we receive your basic profile and email from that provider.

How we use it

We use your information to operate and improve OnJob.io, specifically to:

• Build your profile, run AI job-matching, and score listings against your experience and skills.
• Show you which recruiters viewed your profile and provide rejection-diagnosis insights.
• Send service messages, product updates, and (where you opt in) career tips and newsletters.
• Maintain security, prevent fraud and abuse, and comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal data.

Sharing

We share information only in limited circumstances:

• With recruiters — when you make your profile discoverable, verified recruiters can view it and reach out. Personal contact details are revealed only when you choose or when a recruiter unlocks them with your consent.
• With service providers — hosting, analytics, and email vendors who process data on our behalf under contract.
• For legal reasons — when required by law or to protect rights, safety, and the integrity of the platform.

Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you can access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, object to or restrict certain processing, and withdraw consent at any time.
