About the role:

A Talent Acquisition (TA) Intern supports the recruitment team by sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating interviews, and maintaining recruitment trackers. They assist with job postings, initial candidate communication, and documentation like offer letters and onboarding forms. The role also involves helping with employer branding activities and ensuring smooth coordination between candidates and hiring managers.

Skills Required

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic understanding of recruitment and hiring processes, candidate sourcing and screening skills
• Good stakeholder and candidate coordination abilities
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and Microsoft Office
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
• Ability to maintain recruitment trackers and reports
• Professional email writing and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and adaptability
• Knowledge of LinkedIn and job portals is an added advantage

Duration: 3 Months (Internship)

Work Schedule: 5 Days a Week (Monday–Friday)

Location: Gurgaon
