We run Continental’s global customer relationship management platform, which supports our Sales colleagues in their daily interaction with customers.

This role is particularly exciting as it involves supporting services related to tire sidewall details recognition, delving into cutting-edge AI topics at the forefront of technology innovation.

Your responsibilities will include collaborating with our AI research and development team to integrate cloud-based infrastructure seamlessly with AI models into mobile application, optimizing workflows for efficiency and accuracy.

In this exciting job you work on the following tasks:

  • Develop, test, and deploy SDKs written in Swift for native iOS, Java or Kotlin in native Android, and Dart for Flutter.  
  • Scale, refactor, and provide functional/technical design for currently developed SDKs in Swift, Kotlin, and Flutter.  
  • Take responsibility for running, deploying, and maintaining applications on the Conti App Store, Apple App Store, and Google Play Store, while maintaining the CI/CD environment.  
  • Manage external vendor(s) and offshore developers for mobile applications support & development, ensuring defined SLAs are strictly followed.  
  • Manage incidents, changes, and troubleshooting related to mobile applications via service desk tools.  
  • Conceptualize and implement new business ideas while aligning with data scientists, cloud engineers, and other mobile app developers.  
  • Take part in the product development process while working in an agile team (Agile/SCRUM).  
  • Develop and work on innovation topics (e.g., develop new MVPs).  
  • Work with UI/UX designers to develop new apps following modern state language (e.g., Material 3).  
  • Establish QA requirements and carry out end-to-end unit testing for the applications and SDKs.  
  • Academic degree in computer science or similar field of studies, or comparable qualification.  
  • Several years of solid work experience in native and cross-platform mobile application development. 
  • Thorough knowledge in native iOS development (Swift) or native Android development (Java/Kotlin).  
  • Working knowledge and development experience with the Flutter cross-platform framework is a plus.  
  • Basic experience in Agile project management methodologies and ITIL/Service Management processes.  
  • Fluent English skills (written and spoken).  
  • Willingness to learn and a strong eagerness to grow.
