Job Summary

We are seeking a creative and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns that enhance brand awareness, generate qualified leads, and drive business growth. The ideal candidate should have expertise in SEO, SEM, social media marketing, content marketing, email campaigns, paid advertising, and web analytics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Plan and manage SEO and SEM campaigns to improve website visibility and rankings.
• Create, schedule, and manage social media campaigns across platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, X, and YouTube.
• Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns using Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
• Monitor campaign performance and optimize ROI through continuous analysis.
• Manage email marketing campaigns, newsletters, and marketing automation.
• Coordinate with content writers and designers to produce engaging marketing materials.
• Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis.
• Improve website traffic, lead generation, and conversion rates.
• Prepare weekly and monthly marketing performance reports.
• Collaborate with sales teams to support lead generation initiatives.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• Certifications in Google Ads, Google Analytics, HubSpot, or Meta Blueprint are preferred.
• 2–5 years of experience in Digital Marketing.
• Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, PPC, and Google Ads.
• Experience with Meta Ads Manager and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
• Knowledge of Google Analytics (GA4), Google Search Console, and Google

Tag Manager.
