The Experience

Informatica Product 360 (P360), now part of the Salesforce ecosystem, is the leading cloud-native platform that integrates Product Information Management (PIM) and Master Data Management (MDM) with AI. Global enterprises rely on our platform to manage, enrich, and distribute product data at scale across complex, omnichannel e-commerce ecosystems.

We are seeking a Product Manager to join our growing team. Based in our Bangalore office, you will partner directly with our local R&D teams. This is a high-impact role for someone ready to operate at the intersection of enterprise data and AI, driving critical segments of our roadmap through the entire product management lifecycle.

What You'll Actually Be Doing:

• Drive the End-to-End Lifecycle: Own significant roadmap initiatives by translating ambiguous market problems into clear requirements, partnering closely with Architecture, UX, and Engineering to drive features from concept to successful adoption.
• Champion the Customer Voice: Synthesise inputs from Customer Success, Sales, and Professional Services. Ensure our engineering efforts are directly aligned with market demands and customer value.
• Shape Product Strategy: Contribute to long-term planning by connecting your specific area of ownership to broader platform objectives, including headless architecture and AI-driven product experiences.
• Navigate Global Collaboration: Communicate effectively across time zones and seniority levels, from facilitating Agile engineering stand-ups to presenting strategic updates to senior leadership and external stakeholders.

You're Our Person If...

• You have 4 or more years of product management experience in Business to Business (B2B) software in a Software as a Service (SaaS) or cloud environment.
• You possess a foundational understanding of Product Information Management (PIM), digital commerce, e-commerce platforms, or Master Data Management (MDM), and you understand what it means to manage product data at scale for enterprise customers.
• You are comfortable with data modeling concepts and have experience working on or alongside products where data structure, data quality, or data flow is a core part of the solution.
• You have a track record of partnering directly with software engineering teams in an Agile environment to independently deliver complex features.

Even Better If...

• You have worked within complex commerce ecosystems, giving you a strong intuition for how data enrichment directly impacts business outcomes.
• You have shipped features in B2B software products where AI or automation was used to simplify a complex task for end users.
• You have served as the primary PM for an engineering team, translating high-level strategic direction into actionable execution plans.
• You are comfortable representing product capabilities externally during customer consultations, partner alignments, or analyst briefings.
