Responsibilities

We are looking for an exceptional AI Communications & Operations Intern to join our growing team. In this role, you will be involved in working at the intersection of AI tools, internal communications, and program operations inside a fast-moving enterprise software company. You will support a portfolio of content strategy across all programs and initiatives. Your core job is to take raw inputs and turn them into clean, clear, audience-ready outputs, faster and better than could be done without you. As well as support the design of how AI supports content maintenance and management.

In this role, y ou will also be responsible to:

• Support the design of our internal content strategy
• Use AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, and others) to transform and polish our communications and documentation strategy
• Build and maintain enablement documents, checklists, and operational trackers
• Support Asana project management across an active portfolio
• Synthesize research and cross-functional inputs into structured briefs and slide narratives

Requirements

Qualifications / Experience / Technical Skills

• Currently pursuing a degree in communications, business, marketing, or a related field
• Hands-on experience using AI tools like ChatGPT or similar in a practical context
• Strong written communication skills with a clear, direct style
• Organized, proactive, and comfortable working with multiple workstreams at once
• Familiarity with Google Workspace, Slack, and project management tools is a plus

Soft Skills / Personal Characteristics

• Proactive mentality, with the ability to see the big picture and make recommendations on how to improve the details and gaps in between
• Strong advocacy skills
• Confidence to hold stakeholders accountable to deliverables
