We Are Hiring: Area Sales Managers (ASM) – Hearing Aids & Audiological Equipment

📍 Locations (Multiple Openings): Pune | Kolhapur | Hyderabad | Vishakhapatnam | Jaipur

👔 Reporting To: Vice President – Sales

💰 Compensation: ₹4,50,000 to ₹4,75,000 per annum + Performance-based Incentives

🎯 Key Responsibilities

  • Market Expansion: Drive B2B sales and market penetration for advanced hearing aids and diagnostic audiological equipment across your assigned territory.
  • Key Account Management: Build and nurture strong professional relationships with local Audiologists, ENT Doctors, Hearing Aid Dealers, Deaf Schools, Hospitals, and Clinics.
  • Revenue & Targets: Consistently achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual regional targets for revenue, Average Selling Price (ASP), collections, and DSO.
  • Financial Discipline: Monitor Accounts Receivable (AR), credit limits, and ensure timely collections within prescribed company policies.
  • Inventory & Clinical Support: Manage unsold stock checks, track trial units, and leverage in-depth product/software knowledge for clinical demonstrations.
  • Tenders & Strategy: Participate in local private and government tenders (including documentation) and execute tailored field strategies to counter competitor dynamics.
  • Reporting: Maintain structured advance tour plans, submit daily visit reports, and feed critical market intelligence back to the Head Office.

💼 Requirements & Competencies

  • Experience: 5 to 8 years of mandatory experience in Medical Devices / Diagnostic Equipment / Hearing Aids / Audiological Equipment / Pharma.
  • Network: Strong established exposure handling Doctors, Hospitals, Audiologists, and Dealer Networks in your respective region.
  • Education: Diploma / Degree in Electronics Engineering or any Graduate.
  • Skills: Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills. Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Travel: High energy and a strong willingness to travel extensively within your assigned territory.
