Customer Care & Retention Specialist with Dutch and English (Antivirus Software Support)

We are currently looking for a Customer Care & Retention Specialist with Dutch and English to join an international team supporting a leading antivirus software provider. If you enjoy helping customers, have strong communication skills, and possess a basic technical understanding, we'd love to hear from you!

• Handle incoming customer calls in a professional and friendly manner.
• Assist customers with questions related to antivirus software and subscriptions.
• Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
• Support customer retention by addressing concerns, resolving issues, and promoting customer satisfaction.
• Provide basic troubleshooting for software-related issues.
• Accurately document customer interactions in internal systems.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver an excellent customer experience.
• Dutch proficiency at B2 level or higher (written and spoken).
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher (written and spoken).
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Basic technical knowledge and confidence using computers and software applications.
• A positive attitude and a customer-focused mindset.
• Previous experience in customer service, retention, technical support, or a contact center is an advantage but not required.

Working Hours

• Monday to Friday
• 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• Full-time position with weekends off.
