Primary Job Responsibilities

Classroom

• Create a lecture plan including a standard timeline on the domain-specific subject.
• Conduct classes with special emphasis on conceptual clarity.
• Ability to manage multiple batches of classes every day.
• Conduct tests and their discussions.
• Developing, reviewing and updating course materials, including class PPTs, PDF, notes and daily assignments.
• Interactive Doubt Clearing Sessions at regular intervals.

YouTube

• Conducting programmes related to Teaching Exams courses on our YouTube channel.
• Adhere to academic standards set by Drishti.
• Brainstorm materials and activities for such programmes.

Publications

• Work in close coordination with Content Head for Books.
• Review content from related publications of Drishti Teaching.
• Initiate projects and contribute ideas towards new publications.

• Teachers who are passionate or have a proven track record in the field of Teaching exams, or who have cleared various Teaching exam.

Qualification and Experience

Minimum Qualification: Graduation

Minimum Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of teaching experience in Teaching Exams or similar competitive exam coaching

Relevant/Additional Experience:

• Faculty with expertise in all segments of a subject will be preferred.
• Candidates with strong recognition and proven results in the field are preferred.
