Experience
Minimum 3–7 years of relevant experience. Candidates with experience in the Education, Coaching, Training Institute, EdTech, or Academic sector will be preferred.
Qualification
- Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred)
- Additional certifications in management or sales will be an advantage
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the overall operations and administration of the branch.
- Drive admissions by implementing effective sales and marketing strategies.
- Lead, motivate, and manage the branch team to achieve organizational goals.
- Ensure excellent student and parent satisfaction through quality service.
- Monitor daily branch performance and maintain operational efficiency.
- Plan and execute promotional activities to increase admissions and brand visibility.
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and MIS for branch activities.
- Coordinate with senior management regarding branch performance, targets, and operational improvements.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain a professional work environment.

Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience in coaching institutes, schools, colleges, universities, training institutes, EdTech companies, or educational organizations.
- Proven experience in branch management, admissions, business development, or operations.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, and stakeholders.
