Business Analyst
Meerab Group →business analyst to implement a new ISU S4 system connected via a new interface with market systems such as IMDMS and Marmot and CRM S4 for the customer applications.
The new system should eventually replace the current legacy systems and help Fluvius transform into a central asset register for meters, customer applications and 3rd party submeters, ready for future challenges and connected to GIS in a GIS centric way.
This includes the following activities:
- You make analyses and test them with the business stakeholders.
- You prepare workshops to check the quality and the migrated data with the business, facilitate this and process the aftercare and follow up.
- You participate in writing test scenarios and you analyze the results
- You facilitate workshops with the end users, process their questions and comments, pass them on to the project team/product team and ensure that feedback is also provided to the business• You take care of communication to the various business stakeholders
- You act as an independent facilitator and coordinator who stands up for the interests of the organization as a whole. You build up the necessary knowledge about processes within and outside customer and grid operations, market forces and network management to be able to monitor coherence• You make your expertise available to facilitate management decisions: you carry out analyses on demand, support or facilitate process consultation meetings and follow up on the actions that result from this• You are proactive and think along with you to optimize the Fluvius as an organization in a process-based way• You also see dependencies between the various teams and deliverables, so you look at everything from a critical mind.
You will:
- Work together with various colleagues from the various departments involved ICT, Network Operation, Network Management, Finance, ... and thus develop a broad network in the Fluvius organisation and gain broad knowledge within the utility sector.
- Be part of a dynamic project/product team, where priority is given to the collective result.
- Broaden your knowledge of the use of project management, process and data analysis through on-the-job training.
- Gain a broad knowledge of ISU, data modeling of utility networks.
