- You take on the role of test coordinator for the projects within the domain of Customer Service & Key Accounts.
- You will work out test scenarios and test data in detail and support other team members in the development of test scenarios/cases and the preparation of test data. These are mainly functional tests, but possibly also technical tests.
- You carry out tests yourself and support the other testers.
- You provide test data in the context of test automation and adjust test scripts if necessary.
- You assist, together with the analyst and the technical specialist, in resolving defects.
- You proactively identify and report (potential) risks, issues and areas for improvement.
- Document all testware in Jira and Confluence.
- You make agreements with the testers involved about the timing and way of working.
- You manage the test users.
