About the Role

We are seeking qualified psychiatrists who are fluent in Gujarati and English to provide expert input on psychiatric assessment, case analysis, clinical documentation, and culturally nuanced mental health scenarios.

You’ll develop and evaluate psychiatric case studies, assess clinical scenarios, and provide detailed bilingual analysis reflecting both clinical standards and Gujarati cultural context. The role requires strong ethical judgment, clinical reasoning, documentation skills, and the ability to communicate complex psychiatric concepts clearly.

No prior AI experience is required. Your psychiatric expertise and bilingual clinical knowledge are the primary qualifications.

What You’ll Do

• Develop and evaluate complex psychiatric case studies representing realistic and culturally nuanced clinical scenarios.

• Conduct psychological and psychiatric assessments and provide expert annotations reflecting Gujarati clinical practices and perspectives.

• Produce clear, precise documentation and written analysis in both Gujarati and English.

• Evaluate psychiatric scenarios for clinical accuracy, cultural sensitivity, and appropriate application of psychiatric principles.

• Apply ethical decision-making when reviewing sensitive mental health content while maintaining patient confidentiality and professional standards.

• Contribute to bilingual communication frameworks that support accurate exchange of psychiatric information.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary project teams to explain psychiatric concepts and clinical reasoning.

• Provide expert feedback on methods used to evaluate psychiatric and mental health-related content.

What We’re Looking For

• Medical degree (MD, MBBS, or equivalent).

• Completed psychiatry residency.

• Valid medical license.

• Native fluency in Gujarati and advanced proficiency in English, including strong written and verbal communication.

• Extensive experience in psychiatric assessment, treatment planning, and clinical documentation within Gujarati clinical settings.

• Strong understanding of psychiatric evaluation and case formulation.

• Ability to apply cultural sensitivity and ethical reasoning to complex mental health scenarios.

• Strong analytical and written communication skills.

• Ability to work effectively with interdisciplinary teams.

• High standards of professional integrity and confidentiality.

Preferred Experience

• Experience developing psychiatric teaching materials or case studies for educational or research purposes.

• Experience collaborating on interdisciplinary projects involving technology, research, or digital health.

• Familiarity with both Western and Gujarati psychiatric frameworks.

• $100–$200 per hour.

• Annual compensation equivalent of $192,000–$384,000 based on 40 hours per week across 48 workable weeks. This is an annualized full-time equivalent and does not represent guaranteed annual earnings.
