Manager/ Assistant Manager – Finance & Accounts 

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Manager – Accounts Payable to manage payable operations, cash flow, banking activities, MIS reporting, monthly closures, payroll coordination, and Oracle ERP handling. The role focuses on ensuring timely payments, financial accuracy, compliance, and smooth finance operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end Accounts Payable operations including invoice verification, vendor reconciliations, and payment processing.

• Ensure timely vendor payments and maintain proper approval and documentation processes.

• Handle daily cash flow management and monitor fund availability for business operations.

• Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly cash flow reports.

• Manage all banking activities including fund transfers, cheque processing, bank reconciliations, and banking documentation.

• Coordinate with banks for account operations, banking facilities, and issue resolution.

• Prepare MIS reports and financial summaries for management review and decision-making.

• Analyze payable trends, expenses, and financial data to support business planning.

• Handle accounting transactions and reporting through Oracle ERP/software.

• Ensure accurate accounting entries, reconciliations, and data management in Oracle.

• Coordinate and support salary processing activities and payroll reconciliations.

• Lead monthly closing activities including provisions, reconciliations, and ledger scrutiny.

• Ensure timely closure of books and support audit requirements.

• Handle director remuneration processing and related accounting entries.

• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and statutory requirements.

• Coordinate with internal departments and stakeholders for smooth finance operations.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in commerce / finance / accounting.

• CA / Inter CA / MBA Finance preferred.

• 6–10 years of experience in Accounts Payable and Finance Operations.

• Strong knowledge of cash flow management, banking operations, and MIS reporting.

• Hands-on experience with Oracle ERP/software.

• Good understanding of accounting principles and financial controls.

• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

• Proficiency in MS Excel and financial reporting
