About the Role

We are seeking experienced Primary Care Physicians and physician experts to review and evaluate real-world healthcare content remotely.

You’ll apply your clinical knowledge and practical experience to assess primary care and general medicine scenarios, evaluate patient information, provide structured clinical reasoning, and identify inaccurate, incomplete, unclear, or potentially misleading medical content.

The role focuses on applying established clinical practices and evidence-based reasoning to structured evaluation and quality-review tasks.

What You’ll Do

• Review and evaluate primary care and general medicine scenarios.

• Assess patient symptoms, medical histories, clinical findings, and other relevant clinical information.

• Apply clinical reasoning to identify appropriate differential diagnoses and next steps.

• Evaluate proposed treatment and patient management approaches based on established clinical practices.

• Review medical content for accuracy, completeness, and consistency.

• Identify incorrect, unclear, or potentially misleading clinical information.

• Provide clear explanations and evidence-based reasoning supporting your evaluations.

• Complete structured annotation, evaluation, and quality-review tasks using your healthcare expertise.

Required Qualifications

• Professional experience or demonstrated expertise in Primary Care, Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, General Medicine, or a related clinical field.

• Strong knowledge of patient assessment, diagnosis, clinical reasoning, and treatment planning.

• Familiarity with current clinical guidelines and evidence-based medical practices.

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

• Clear written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Relevant medical education, qualifications, or professional certifications.

• Prior experience with human data work, including:

  • Data labeling.

  • Data annotation.

  • RLHF.

  • AI model evaluation.

  • Similar structured evaluation work.

• Experience reviewing or evaluating clinical content.

• Strong ability to communicate clinical reasoning clearly and systematically.
