Senior Nutanix Engineer

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team. The role focuses on deploying, migrating, and managing Nutanix AHV infrastructure in an enterprise environment.

Key responsibilities

• Set up and configure Nutanix AHV clusters, including node installation and initial configuration.

• Migrate workloads from VMware ESXi to Nutanix AHV with minimal downtime.

• Provide operational expertise and best practices to architecture and engineering teams.

• Integrate Nutanix with existing virtualization services and ITSM processes.

• Monitor and optimize Nutanix performance against SLAs.

• Troubleshoot infrastructure issues and support incident resolution.

• Configure and maintain Prism Central dashboards for health, performance, and capacity.

• Develop automation scripts, workflows, and Infrastructure-as-Code for migrations and operations.

Required qualifications

• Strong hands‑on experience with Nutanix AHV in enterprise environments.

• Practical experience deploying, configuring, and operating Nutanix clusters.

• Experience with VMware ESXi/vSphere and migration projects to Nutanix AHV.

• Proficiency with Prism Central monitoring, performance, and capacity management.

• Knowledge of infrastructure automation, scripting, and IaC practices.

• Understanding of ITSM, change management, and ability to produce technical documentation.
