We are looking for a highly analytical and business-oriented professional to join our CCG Global Distribution Analytics team. The role will focus on delivering actionable insights from sales data, conducting deep-dive analyses, and working closely with cross-functional stakeholders to drive informed decision-making. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical capabilities, business acumen, and storytelling skills to translate data into meaningful business impact.
Candidates should be a top talent who is Insight-driven thinker, quantifies impact and connects to business outcomes. The ideal candidate is a strong business translator, a great communicator who knows how to tailor messaging to Sales teams, Leadership, takes ownership and shows proactiveness. Candidates should have strong communication skills as individuals will be liaising and sharing the work with different stakeholders. Candidate will also need a good eye for details as he/she will be working with a lot of data and information that requires accuracy.

What you will be responsible for:
As a member of the Client Coverage Group’s (CCG) Global Distribution Analytics team, you will act as a strategic analytics partner to the business, driving deep-dive analysis, shaping decision-making through actionable insights, owning key business metrics, and enabling scalable analytics solutions across sales functions.
- Drive end-to-end delivery by defining problems, conducting structured analysis, generating actionable insights, enabling decision-making, and tracking the impact of outcomes.
- Analyzing large and complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and interpreting data to generate clear, actionable insights for business partners and leadership.
- Translate business questions into structured analytical approaches.
- Identify opportunities to improve reporting efficiency and automate recurring analyses.
- Partner with stakeholders across Sales, Marketing and Strategy teams.
- Act as a thought partner to Sales leadership on key business decisions.
- Translate insights into strategic recommendations (not just analysis).
- Design scalable analytics frameworks and define a reporting/dashboarding strategy by identifying what to automate for efficiency and what to simplify for better usability and clarity.
- Leverage proficiency in BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) and Salesforce reporting to design scalable dashboards, drive sales performance insights, and enable data-driven decision-making.
- Ensure data quality, governance, and consistency in metric definitions and reporting outputs.
- Mentor junior analysts and team members by reviewing their work to ensure strong analytical rigor and alignment with business relevance.

- A resourceful, curious, and detail-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn.
- Strong sense of ownership and accountability in driving outcomes.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn with a positive attitude.
Education & Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s/master’s degree or its equivalent in Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Finance or a related discipline.
- 8 – 12 years of experience.
- Domain experience in Asset Management, Financial Services, or Investment Management is an added advantage.
