Job Description

Responsibilities

• Lead the end‑to‑end architecture and delivery of Generative AI solutions.
• Provide technical leadership on LLMs RAG architecture prompt engineering and fine‑tuning.
• Drive solution design using cloud‑native GenAI services (Vertex AI / Azure OpenAI / AWS Bedrock).
• Guide teams in building scalable secure and cost‑optimized GenAI platforms.
• Review and approve technical designs code quality and best practices.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into AI solutions.
• Mentor engineers and ensure adoption of AI/ML and ML Ops best practices.
• Ensure Responsible AI governance security and compliance standards are met.
• Stay updated with emerging GenAI trends tools and frameworks.

Qualifications we seek in you!

Minimum Qualifications / Skills

• Proven experience in project management preferably in AI or technology-driven environments.
• Strong understanding of gen AI technologies and their applications.
• Good with Python and exposure to at least one cloud platform (Azure/AWS/GCP)
• Experience in GenAI solution deployment validation and monitoring the model.
• Proficiency in project management software such as Microsoft Project or Jira (Good to have).
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong leadership abilities with effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Good to have below skills background – o Experience in managing requirement workshops user story creations and scenario use case definitions.

o Understanding of software development life cycle Relational databases UX design etc.

o Familiarity with Web app o Experience in process flow data flow diagrams user acceptance testing user training documentation.
