We are seeking a proactive Project Manager with minimum 3 years of experience to manage projects from initiation through delivery. The candidate will be responsible for planning, execution, stakeholder coordination, and ensuring timely delivery while also supporting administrative and operational activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end delivery accountability ensuring projects meet scope, quality, timeline, and stakeholder expectations
- Track project progress and ensure adherence to schedules
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies
- Provide regular status updates and reports
- Maintain project documentation and governance standards
- Facilitate meetings, follow-ups, and communication
- Support budgeting, resource tracking, and invoicing.
- Define and track KPIs to measure project health and delivery performance
- Manage dependencies across teams and lead resolution of blockers and escalation
- Perform administrative tasks including scheduling and reporting.

Experience with tools like Jira, Smartsheets, MS Project, or similar
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
Experience working in product-based or SaaS environments

Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or related field
Minimum 5 years of experience in project management or coordination
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint, and project tools
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
Strong stakeholder management and conflict resolution skills
Experience managing end-to-end delivery in Agile or hybrid environmen
