Wir suchen ab sofort eine: n Praktikant:in (m/w/d) in Vollzeit, zur Unterstützung für den Ausbau unseres Influencer-Marketings für E-Commerce und Retail im Sales Marketing Team.
Aufgaben
- Du identifizierst spannende neue Persönlichkeiten und Markenbotschafter:innen bei Social Media, die gut zu unserer Marke passen
- Du unterstützt bei der Planung, Umsetzung und Auswertung unserer Influencer-Marketing-Kampagnen für unseren Online-Shop sowie unsere Retail-Partner:innen und wirkst bei der Entwicklung passender Creator-Aktivierungen mit
- Du unterstützt bei der Analyse von Kampagnen-Performance und erhältst Einblicke, wie Influencer Marketing sowohl Online-Umsätze als auch Retail-Erfolge beeinflussen kann
- Bei der Umsetzung von Partnership Ads unterstützt du und erhältst Einblicke in die Zusammenarbeit zwischen Influencer Marketing und Performance Marketing
- Du übernimmst die tägliche Kommunikation mit den Influencer:innen und mit unserer Community
- Du unterstützt uns beim Aufbau der Marke (u.a. mit weiteren Aufgaben im Tagesgeschäft)
Qualifikation
- Du hast bereits erste Erfahrung im Bereich Social Media, Influencer Marketing oder Performance Marketing oder studierst BWL, Marketing, Sales oder einen vergleichbaren Studiengang
- Du fühlst dich bei Instagram und TikTok zuhause, verfolgst aktuelle Social-Commerce-Trends und interessierst dich dafür, wie Marken sowohl online als auch im Handel wachsen
- Du liebst es zu kommunizieren, dich zu vernetzen und neue interessante Kontakte ausfindig zu machen
- Du bist lösungsorientiert und gehst Herausforderungen eigenverantwortlich und proaktiv an
- Du sprichst Deutsch auf Muttersprachen-Niveau und sehr gutes Englisch
- MS-Office-Kenntnisse (Word, Excel)
- Mindestdauer des Praktikums: 6 Monate
- Based in Berlin
