Aufgaben
- Du verantwortest den fenstermaxx24-Shop im Tagesgeschäft: Sortiment, Produktdaten, Konfigurator, Darstellung
- Du steuerst die Preise, vom Einzelprodukt bis zur Rabattstruktur, und behältst dabei Wettbewerbsfähigkeit und Marge im Blick
- Du beobachtest den Wettbewerb: Preise, Konfiguratoren, Lieferbedingungen, Sortimente, und leitest daraus konkrete Maßnahmen ab
- Du analysierst, was im Shop funktioniert und was nicht, und verbesserst Conversion, Nutzerführung und Produktpräsentation
- Du erkennst Produktneuheiten und Markttrends früh und bringst sie ins Sortiment
- Du automatisierst, was sich automatisieren lässt, statt Listen von Hand zu pflegen
- Du arbeitest eng mit Marketing, Einkauf und Geschäftsführung zusammen und berichtest regelmäßig, wo der Shop steht
Qualifikation
- Erfahrung im E-Commerce, im Online-Handel, Produktmanagement, Category Management oder einem verwandten Bereich
- Zahlenaffinität: Du liest Shop-Kennzahlen, verstehst Margen und triffst Entscheidungen datenbasiert statt aus dem Bauch
- Sicherer Umgang mit Excel oder Google Sheets
- KI-Affinität: Du hast Lust, moderne KI-Tools zu nutzen, um Routinearbeit loszuwerden und schneller zu Ergebnissen zu kommen
- Programmier-Grundkenntnisse (Python, SQL, Apps Script, APIs) sind ein Plus, aber keine Voraussetzung
- Strukturierte, eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise und sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse
