Aufgaben
Deine Aufgaben
- Du übernimmst die fachliche und disziplinarische Führung, Entwicklung und Steuerung unseres 5-köpfigen Vertriebs- und Marketing-Teams
- Du verantwortest die Entwicklung und Umsetzung einer integrierten Vertriebs- und Marketingstrategie im Payroll-Umfeld mit Fokus auf Neukundengewinnung von mittelständischen Unternehmen und dem Vertrieb unserer Softwarelösungen
- Planung, Steuerung und Controlling aller Vertriebs-, Marketing- und Kundenbindungsaktivitäten inkl. Budgetverantwortung
- Du analysierst Markt-, Kunden- und Wettbewerbsdaten zur Identifikation von Wachstumspotenzialen sowie der Weiterentwicklung unserer Produkte und Preisstrukturen
- Optimierung von internen Prozessen durch die Initiierung und Steuerung von Projekten zur Digitalisierung und Automatisierung im Bereich Vertrieb und Marketing
- Aufbau und Pflege strategischer Kunden- und Partnerbeziehungen und Repräsentation des Unternehmens auf relevanten Events und Netzwerktreffen
Qualifikation
Dein Profil
- Du verfügst über ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Betriebswirtschaft, Marketing, Vertrieb oder einer vergleichbaren Qualifikation
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Sales und Marketing, idealerweise im Bereich Payroll oder im Vertrieb von Softwarelösungen
- Du hast Erfahrung in der Führung eines Teams und bist eine hands-on Führungspersönlichkeit, die auch operativ unterstützt
- Du verfügst über eine analytische und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise mit ausgeprägtem unternehmerischem Denken
- Sicheres Auftreten und Kommunikationsstärke auf Deutsch und Englisch - Networking ist für dich selbstverständlich
