Als Head of Product Compliance (all genders) baust und steuerst du unsere Compliance für AZAV-zertifizierte Bildungsangebote. Du sorgst dafür, dass AZAV, ZFU und weitere Vorgaben dauerhaft erfüllt sind, inkl. DSGVO und einem praxisnahen Rahmen für AI Governance.

Schwerpunkte Deiner Rolle:
- Gesamtverantwortung für unser Compliance-Management-System (AZAV, QCG, ZFU, DSGVO, AI Governance)
- Fachliche und disziplinarische Leitung des Compliance-Teams
- Steuerung aller Träger- und Maßnahmezulassungen sowie Audits, von der Planung bis zur Nachverfolgung
- Koordination von Datenschutzmanagement (DSGVO) und AI-Governance-Rahmen in Zusammenarbeit mit internen Expert:innen
- Beratung der Fachbereiche bei auditfesten, effizienten Prozessen
- Vertretung des Unternehmens gegenüber Auditor:innen, Behörden und Verbänden
Das bringst Du mit
- Nachweisbare Erfahrung im Compliance- oder QM bei einem AZAV-zertifizierten Bildungsträger oder einer fachkundigen Stelle
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in AZAV, Audit-Management und DSGVO
- Erfahrung in der Führung von Teams oder komplexen Projekten
- Ausgeprägtes Produkt- und Business-Mindset: du verstehst Compliance als Werthebel, nicht als Bremse
- Interesse an AI Governance und KI-Regulierung (EU AI Act)
- Sehr gute Deutsch- (C2) und Englischkenntnisse (C1)
- Abgeschlossenes Studium (z. B. Wirtschafts-, Sozial-, Rechts- oder Bildungswissenschaften) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation; QM-Zusatzqualifikation von Vorteil
