Für unseren Kunden suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen engagierten Key Account Manager (m/w/d), der mit Vertriebsstärke, Verhandlungsgeschick und Kundenorientierung überzeugt. In dieser verantwortungsvollen Position betreuen Sie bestehende Schlüsselkunden, gewinnen neue Geschäftspartner und leisten einen wichtigen Beitrag zum nachhaltigen Unternehmenserfolg.
Aufgaben
- Betreuung und strategische Weiterentwicklung bestehender Key Accounts
- Aktive Neukundenakquise und Ausbau des Kundenportfolios
- Eigenständige Durchführung von Kunden- und Vertragsverhandlungen
- Erstellung und Ausarbeitung von Rahmenverträgen
- Erstellung aussagekräftiger Reports, Analysen und Präsentationen
- Bearbeitung von Aufträgen und Rechnungen in SAP
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen Fachbereichen zur erfolgreichen Umsetzung von Kundenprojekten
Qualifikation
- Mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Key Account Management
- Nachweisbare Erfolge in der Neukundengewinnung sowie in der Betreuung von Bestandskunden
- Erfahrung in der Erstellung von Reports und professionellen Präsentationen
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse in MS Office, insbesondere Excel, PowerPoint und Word
- Gute SAP-Kenntnisse, insbesondere im Bereich der Auftrags- und Rechnungsbearbeitung
- Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, einschließlich technischem Englisch
