Als Learning Content Engineer – KI (all genders) bist Du verantwortlich für die Entwicklung und Pflege unserer KI-Lerninhalte. Du konzipierst und erstellst praxisnahe Trainingsformate rund um künstliche Intelligenz, von den Grundlagen bis zu fortgeschrittenen Anwendungen wie KI-Workflows, Automatisierung und Agenten-Systemen.
Dabei verbindest Du technisches KI-Verständnis mit didaktischem Know-How und arbeitest eigenverantwortlich, strukturiert und selbstorganisiert. Du sorgst dafür, dass Inhalte fachlich korrekt, didaktisch sinnvoll und für Lernende klar verständlich aufbereitet sind, und hältst unser KI-Portfolio kontinuierlich aktuell.
Schwerpunkte Deiner Rolle:
- Verantwortung für Konzeption, Erstellung und Weiterentwicklung von KI-Trainings und Lernpfaden
- Didaktische Aufbereitung technischer KI-Themen wie Workflows & Automatisierung (z. B. n8n, Zapier), AI Agents und branchenspezifische KI-Use-Cases
- Koordination und Steuerung interner und externer Contributor inkl. Briefing, Abstimmung und Qualitätssicherung
- Sicherstellung von technischer Funktionalität, didaktischer Qualität, konsistenter UX sowie Format- und Branding-Standards
- Analyse und Weiterentwicklung des Trainingsportfolios auf Basis von Trends, Feedback und neuen Technologien
- Wissensvermittlung durch interne Schulungen, Dokumentation und strukturierte Übergabe an Mentoring- und Sales-Teams
Das bringst Du mit
- Abgeschlossenes Studium im MINT-Bereich oder eine vergleichbare technische Qualifikation
- Erfahrung in der Erstellung und didaktischen Aufbereitung technischer Lerninhalte, idealerweise zu KI-, Data- oder Software-Themen
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in künstlicher Intelligenz (u. a. Machine Learning, generative KI, KI-Workflows/Modellintegration, Automatisierungen und moderne Frameworks)
- Technisches Grundverständnis und Lernbereitschaft, um Dich schnell in komplexe KI-Themen einzuarbeiten. Sicherem Umgang mit Git und Markdown (Optional: Python)
- Routine im Einsatz KI-gestützter Tools und Workflows zur Content-Erstellung (z. B. ChatGPT, Synthesia, HeyGen, Skript- und Übersetzungstools)
- Du gehst zuverlässig und souverän mit Deadlines um, behältst auch in anspruchsvollen und zeitkritischen Phasen einen guten Überblick. Mit transparenter und konstruktiver Kommunikation trägst du aktiv zu einem starkem Teamgefühl bei.
- Strukturierte, eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise, ausgeprägte Nutzerorientierung sowie sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (C2) und gutes Englisch (mind. C1)
