Senior Manager, Global Price & Discount Strategy

<p>As a Senior Manager, Global Price &amp; Discount Strategy, you will shape the economics behind our global food solutions group and the world's leading meal kit company, active in 17 countries across 3 continents. You will shape how millions of customers experience our product, driving one of the company’s most impactful levers of growth: pricing and discounts. Challenges you’ll solve include:</p>

<li>What is the right price positioning in each of our markets?</li>

<li>How can we acquire customers more cost-efficiently?</li>

<li>How can we design incentives that encourage customers to spend more with HelloFresh?</li>

<li>How can we leverage AI tooling to arrive at pricing insights and solutions faster than ever before?</li>

</ul>

<p>In this role, you will be part of the Global Price &amp; Discount Strategy Team, shaping pricing and discount strategy across our full global portfolio which includes our core brand, HelloFresh, as well as: Factor, GreenChef, EveryPlate, Chef's Plate, and Youfoodz. You’ll work closely with stakeholders from multiple countries and teams such as Product, Marketing Analytics, and Paid Marketing — making this a unique opportunity to combine strategic thinking, analytical depth, and cross-functional execution.</p>

<p><strong>You will...</strong></p>

<ul>

<li><strong>Shape market strategies: </strong>Monitor performance and competitor landscapes across our key markets, and translate insights into actionable price &amp; discount strategies</li>

<li><strong>Run and scale experiments: </strong>Design, align, and execute A/B tests that validate new pricing and promotional approaches, and ensure learnings are rigorously captured</li>

<li><strong>Own key initiatives:</strong> Take end-to-end responsibility for selected projects — from framing the problem and aligning stakeholders, to delivering impact through execution and tracking results</li>

<li><strong>Build frameworks &amp; playbooks: </strong>Develop best practices, toolkits, and scalable approaches that improve how we set prices and run promotions across all markets</li>

<li><strong>Modernize processes with AI:</strong> Collaborate with Pricing Analytics and Product to adapt AI use cases within our pricing and discount strategies</li>

</ul>

<h2><strong>You have...</strong></h2>

<ul>

<li>3-5 years of experience in consulting, data analytics, or a price/discount-related role, with a strong track record of solving complex problems.</li>

<li>Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s degree preferred in marketing, business or STEM-related fields (e.g. mathematics, engineering, computer science, economics, statistics, etc.)</li>

<li>Excellent analytical skills, including advanced command of Excel (SQL is a plus) with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights</li>

<li>Experience devising and measuring the effectiveness of strategic optimizations (including AB testing), with a proven track record from other data-rich business environments</li>

<li>Proven experience working with diverse teams, including Product, Marketing, and Data Science, in a fast-paced, matrixed environment</li>

<li>Comfort navigating ambiguity and adapting quickly to evolving priorities in a fast-paced environment</li>

<li>Passion for exploring opportunities to leverage AI-based workflow tools to optimize internal processes and improve speed to insights</li>
