Als Senior Performance Marketing Manager (all genders) verantwortest Du unser Performance Marketing mit Fokus auf skalierbare Leadgenerierung über Paid Search, Paid Social und weitere Performance-Kanäle. Du steuerst Budget und zentrale KPIs (u. a. CPL, CAC, ROAS, Conversion Rate und Leadqualität) und sorgst für ein skalierbares Kampagnen-Setup.
Du planst, setzt auf und optimierst kanalübergreifende Kampagnen und Landingpages, testest und skalierst neue Performance-Kanäle und leitest aus Datenanalysen konkrete Wachstumsmaßnahmen ab. In enger Zusammenarbeit mit Sales, Brand/Creative, Web/Tech und dem Leadership-Team verbesserst Du kontinuierlich Conversion Rates und Leadqualität.
Schwerpunkte Deiner Rolle
- Konzeption, Setup und Optimierung von Performance-Kampagnen (Fokus: Google Ads, Meta Ads)
- Steuerung von Budget und KPIs (CPL, CAC, ROAS, Conversion Rates, Lead-Qualität)
- Analyse der Kampagnendaten und Ableitung skalierbarer Wachstumsmaßnahmen
- Erstellung und Optimierung conversion-starker Anzeigen und Landing Pages
- Aufbau und Umsetzung einer strukturierten Testing-Roadmap (z. B. A/B-Tests, Bidding, Creatives)
- Optimierung der Lead-Qualität in enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem Sales-Team
- Evaluierung und Skalierung von neuen Performance-Kanälen und Erstellung strukturierter Reportings für interne Stakeholder
Das bringst Du mit
- Mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung im Performance Marketing mit Fokus auf Google Search und MetaAds
- Tiefes Verständnis von Funnel-Logiken, KPI-Steuerung und datengetriebener Budgetallokation
- Erfahrung im Conversion-Copywriting für Anzeigen und Landing Pages
- Sicherer Umgang mit Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, GA4, Tracking- und Funnel-Setups
- Erfahrung mit weiteren Kanälen wie TikTok, LinkedIn Ads, Native Ads und YouTube Ads ist von Vorteil.
- Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke, analytisches Denken, strukturierte Arbeitsweise und hohe Eigenverantwortung
- Ausgeprägte Ownership- und Hands-on-Mentalität sowie strategisches Denken im dynamischen Umfeld
- Sehr gutes Deutsch (C2) und sehr gutes Englisch (mind. C1)
