Als Senior Mobility / UEM Consultant (m/w/d) übernehmen Sie die technische und organisatorische Steuerung komplexer Mobility- und Digitalisierungsprojekte. Sie fungieren als zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen Kunden, Fachbereichen und Technologiepartnern und begleiten die Einführung sowie den Betrieb moderner mobiler Arbeitsplatzlösungen. Mit Ihrer Erfahrung im Apple Enterprise-Umfeld, Unified Endpoint Management und Citrix-Technologien sorgen Sie für eine sichere, skalierbare und zukunftsfähige Mobility-Infrastruktur.
Aufgaben
Ihre Aufgaben
- Koordination komplexer Mobility- und Digitalisierungsprojekte
- Steuerung und Abstimmung zwischen Kunden, Fachbereichen und Technologiepartnern
- Analyse technischer Herausforderungen sowie Entwicklung nachhaltiger Lösungsansätze
- Unterstützung bei Architektur-, Betriebs- und Sicherheitskonzepten
- Erstellung von Betriebs-, Nutzungs- und Rolloutkonzepten
- Durchführung von Anforderungs- und Use-Case-Analysen
- Planung und Begleitung von Rollouts großer Device-Landschaften
- Unterstützung bei Pilotierungen, Produktivsetzungen und Hypercare-Phasen
- Steuerung von Risiken, Abhängigkeiten und offenen Projektthemen
- Zusammenarbeit mit Infrastruktur-, Security-, Workplace- und Support-Teams
- Optimierung von Enrollment-, Provisionierungs- und Device-Lifecycle-Prozessen
- Beratung zu Mobility-, UEM- und Citrix-Lösungen in Enterprise-Umgebungen
Qualifikation
Must-have:
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung als Mobility Consultant, UEM Consultant, Mobility Architect oder in einer vergleichbaren Position
- Umfangreiche Kenntnisse im Bereich Mobile Device Management (MDM), Enterprise Mobility Management (EMM) oder Unified Endpoint Management (UEM)
- Tiefgehende Erfahrung mit Apple Enterprise-Umgebungen (iPadOS, Apple Business Manager, Enrollment-Prozesse)
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops sowie Citrix Workspace
- Erfahrung mit mobilen Virtual-Workspace-Lösungen und Audio-/Video-Optimierung
- Erfahrung bei der Einführung und dem Betrieb großer Endgeräteumgebungen
- Ausgeprägte Kommunikations-, Koordinations- und Projektmanagementfähigkeiten
- Selbstständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse
Wünschenswert:
- Erfahrung mit BlackBerry UEM
- Kenntnisse in Microsoft Intune oder MobileIron / Ivanti
- Erfahrung im Device Lifecycle Management sowie in Rollout- und Migrationsprojekten
- Kenntnisse im öffentlichen Sektor oder regulierten Unternehmensumgebungen
- Erfahrung mit Digitalisierungs- und Transformationsprojekten
- Fähigkeit, technische und fachliche Anforderungen erfolgreich miteinander zu verbinden
- Hands-on-Mentalität sowie Erfahrung im Management komplexer Stakeholder-Strukturen
