Zur Verstärkung unseres Expertenteams bei unserem Kunden aus der Funk- und Kommunikationsbranche suchen wir einen UX/UI Designer Managementsysteme (m/w/x) in Festanstellung bei K-tronik. Aufgaben:
- Du gestaltest intuitive User Journeys sowie Wireframes und entwickelst interaktive Prototypen für ein neuartiges Kommunikationsmanagement-System
- Du übernimmst die visuelle Ausarbeitung von Benutzeroberflächen und stimmst dich eng mit Partnerabteilungen ab, um ein einheitliches, firmenweites Look and Feel sicherzustellen
- Du analysierst Nutzeranforderungen, leitest daraus konkrete Design-Anforderungen ab und übersetzt komplexe technische Workflows in verständliche, barrierefreie Bedienkonzepte
- Du agierst als Brücke zwischen den Anwendern und den Entwicklungsteams, um die technische Machbarkeit der Designs frühzeitig abzusichern
Qualifikationen:
- Du bringst ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Mediendesign, Kommunikationsdesign oder eine vergleichbare gestalterische Qualifikation mit
- Du besitzt fundierte Erfahrung in der Konzeption und dem Prototyping von Software-Interfaces (UX/UI) und stellst den Nutzer konsequent in den Mittelpunkt Deiner Arbeit
- Du bist versiert im Umgang mit gängigen Design- und Prototyping-Werkzeugen wie Adobe XD, Figma oder Sketch
- Von Vorteil sind erste Erfahrungen oder Berührungspunkte im Projektumfeld mit Behörden und Organisationen mit Sicherheitsaufgaben oder im stark regulierten Umfeld
- Du überzeugst durch Kommunikationsstärke in der Abstimmung mit verschiedenen Fachbereichen und bringst sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse mit
