Bei uns im Asset Management unterstützt du aktiv bei der Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung unseres Immobilienportfolios. Du erhältst spannende Einblicke in das Management und die Wertsteigerung von Immobilien und übernimmst vielseitige Aufgaben, darunter:
- Research & Analysen: Durchführung von Markt- und Standortanalysen sowie Benchmarking zur Identifikation von Optimierungspotenzialen
- Stakeholder Management: Kommunikation und Abstimmung mit Geschäftspartnern, Behörden und Eigentümern
- Vertragsgestaltung: Mitwirken bei der Erstellung und Prüfung von Miet- und Dienstleistungsverträgen
- Strategische Unterstützung: Vorbereitung von Entscheidungsvorlagen und Präsentationen für das Management
- Organisation & Datenmanagement: Unterstützung bei administrativen Aufgaben sowie Pflege und Ablage der Daten
- Du bist mindestens im 2. Studienjahr BWL, Immobilienmanagement oder eines vergleichbaren Studienganges.
- Du verfügst über erste praktische Erfahrung im Immobilienbereich und
- arbeitest eigenverantwortlich, strukturiert und ergebnisorientiert.
- Du überzeugst durch selbstsicheres Auftreten, eine sympathische Art und gute Kommunikation.
- Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutsch-, Englisch & MS-Office Kenntnisse.
