Über die Rolle
People Operations & Administration
- Unterstützung im operativen Tagesgeschäft: Personaladministration, Pflege von HR-Systemen und Bearbeitung von Mitarbeiteranfragen
- Mitarbeit bei der Analyse und Optimierung von HR-Prozessen, z.B. Onboarding und Offboarding
- Pflege von HR-Richtlinien und internen Wissensdatenbanken
Koordination & Schnittstellen
- Koordination zwischen People Partnern, Payroll, Recruiting und externen Dienstleistern oder Behörden
- Recherche und Dokumentation personalrelevanter Themen
Recruiting Support
- Je nach Bedarf: Unterstützung bei Recruiting-Prozessen und Zusammenarbeit mit dem Talent Acquisition Team
Über Dich
- Eingeschriebene/r Student/in, idealerweise in BWL, Psychologie, Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder einem vergleichbaren Studiengang
- Verfügbarkeit von 20h/Woche (Aufteilung flexibel)
- Erste praktische Erfahrungen durch Praktika oder Nebenjobs von Vorteil
- Analytisches Denkvermögen und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office sowie AI-Tools (z.B. Claude oder Co-Pilot)
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse und gutes Englisch
- Eigeninitiative, Teamgeist und Lernbereitschaft
