Operatives Finance & Investor Reporting: Du unterstützt die Director im CFO Office bei Themen zum Investor Reporting sowie zum operativen Finance mit Fokus auf internationale Märkte Datenanalyse & Management-Präsentationen: Du analysierst Finanzdaten und operative KPIs und erstellst Templates für Management-Präsentationen auf C-Level-Ebene. Dashboarderstellung: Du wirkst beim Aufbau und der Weiterentwicklung von Dashboards für das Finanzreporting mit und trägst zur kontinuierlichen Optimierung des Reportings bei. Prozessoptimierung: Du identifizierst Potenziale für effizientere Finance Prozesse, bringst Verbesserungsideen ein und automatisierst wiederkehrende Abläufe.
Du bist noch mindestens zwei Semester an einer deutschen Hochschule immatrikuliert (Betriebswirtschaftslehre oder vergleichbare Studiengänge) und kannst uns 15-20 Stunden pro Woche unterstützen - alternativ wäre auch ein Praktikum möglich. Du verfügst über erste praktische Erfahrung im Bereich Finance, Start Up oder Consulting. Du hast ein Gefühl für Zahlen und bist in der Lage aus großen Datenmengen und komplexen Zusammenhängen schlüssige Analysen zu ziehen. Du arbeitest eigeninitiativ, packst Herausforderungen proaktiv an und setzt Ideen pragmatisch um. Du bist zuverlässig und stellst hohe Ansprüche an die Qualität deiner Arbeit. Du arbeitest sicher mit Excel, PowerPoint und Google Workspace. Idealerweise hast du bereits mit BI-Tools (z. B. Looker oder Tableau) gearbeitet oder bringst die Motivation mit, dich schnell in neue Tools einzuarbeiten. Du sprichst Deutsch und Englisch auf C-Level Niveau
