Als Werkstudent IT Projektmanagement (w/m/d/x) unterstützt du unsere Customer Delivery Manager bei der Implementierung und Einführung der EMIL Insurance Suite bei unseren Versicherungskunden. Du erhältst einen direkten Einblick in die End-to-End-Lieferung eines SaaS-Produkts und bringst dich von Anfang an in echte Kundenprojekte ein.
Du unterstützt bei der Vorbereitung von Proof-of-Concept-Setups für potenzielle Kunden und erhältst frühe Einblicke in den Pre-Sales-Prozess Du hilfst bei der Konfiguration und Einführung unserer SaaS-Lösung beim Kunden und trägst zu einem reibungslosen Go-Live bei Du unterstützt unter Anleitung erfahrener Teammitglieder bei der Fehlerbehebung und bei Kundenfragen nach dem Go-Live Du wirkst bei der Projektdokumentation mit, einschließlich Anforderungen, Anpassungen und Fortschrittsberichten Du nimmst an internen und externen Stakeholder-Meetings teil und unterstützt die Kommunikation im Projektteam
Du studierst Betriebswirtschaft, Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder einen verwandten Studiengang Eine erste technische Affinität und eine Hands-on-Mentalität - du bist neugierig darauf, wie Dinge funktionieren, und bereit, selbst auszuprobieren Du kommunizierst sicher und scheust nicht den Kontakt mit Kunden oder externen Ansprechpartnern Du arbeitest strukturiert und zuverlässig und übernimmst Verantwortung für die dir übertragenen Aufgaben Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sind Voraussetzung ( und Französisch ist von Vorteil) Erste Berührungspunkte mit APIs, SaaS-Tools, BPMN oder der Versicherungsbranche sind willkommen, aber nicht vorausgesetzt
