Die Rolle: Du bist mitten im operativen Kern. Du hilfst uns, Talente zu finden, Pipelines aufzubauen und unsere Prozesse besser zu machen. Du arbeitest direkt mit dem Founding Team.
- Talente für unsere Kunden sourcen und ansprechen
- Talent Pipelines aufbauen und pflegen
- Unsere Talent Ops Prozesse verbessern und skalieren
- Research zu Märkten, Zielgruppen und potenziellen Kunden
- Eng mit dem Founding Team an Go-to-Market arbeiten
- Feedback aus dem Markt holen, das direkt in unser Produkt fließt
Dein Profil:
- Du interessierst dich für Startups, AI und/oder Recruiting
- Du arbeitest eigenständig – niemand muss dir sagen, was als Nächstes kommt
- Deutsch und Englisch fließend
- Bonus: erste Erfahrung in Recruiting, Sales oder einem Startup
- Mindestens 15–20 Stunden pro Woche
