- Bearbeitung von E-Mails und Anfragen
- Optimierung und Pflege von digitalen Abläufen und Prozessen zur Steigerung der Effizienz.
Qualifikation
- Erfahrung in der digitalen Büroorganisation und Verwaltung
- Sicherer Umgang mit gängigen Office-Softwarelösungen und digitalen Kommunikationstools
- Ausgeprägte organisatorische Fähigkeiten und hohe Eigenverantwortung
- Exzellente Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch, sowohl mündlich als auch schriftlich
- Flexibilität und Bereitschaft zur eigenständigen und zuverlässigen Arbeit im Homeoffice
