Qualifikation
Ihr Profil
- Mehrjährige Führungserfahrung in einem technisch anspruchsvollen Produktionsunternehmen.
- Erfolge in Produktion, Engineering, Qualität oder industrieller Transformation.
- Abgeschlossenes technisches Studium.
- Fundierte Erfahrung in Operational Excellence, Lean Management und Change Management.
- Strategische und unternehmerische Denkweise mit hoher Umsetzungsstärke.
- Internationale Erfahrung und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse.
