Aufgaben
Während deiner Ausbildung lernst du alle Abläufe rund um das professionelle Modelbooking kennen. Gemeinsam mit unserem Team organisierst du Foto- und Videoproduktionen und sorgst dafür, dass zur richtigen Zeit die richtigen Menschen am richtigen Ort sind.
Dabei übernimmst du Schritt für Schritt Verantwortung für:
- Recherche und Auswahl passender Models
- Kommunikation mit Models, Agenturen und Kund*innen
- Planung und Koordination von Foto- und Videoproduktionen
- Erstellung von Briefings und Produktionsunterlagen
- Termin- und Einsatzplanung
- Organisation von Reisen und Unterkünften
- Pflege unserer Modeldatenbank
- enge Zusammenarbeit mit Fotografie, Styling, Produktion und Projektmanagement
Kein Tag ist wie der andere – manchmal organisierst du ein kleines Shooting, manchmal koordinierst du Produktionen mit vielen Models gleichzeitig.
Qualifikation
- Interesse an Medien, Fotografie, Fashion oder E-Commerce
- Organisationstalent
- Kommunikationsstärke
- Spaß am Umgang mit Menschen
- Selbstständige und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise
- Gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie solides Englisch
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office
