We are looking for a Solutions Consultant to be part of our Professional Services team to deploy cloud products and services for our customers. This person must be a hands-on, self-starter who loves solving innovative problems in a fast-paced, agile environment. The ideal candidate will have the insight to connect a specific business problem and Snowflake’s solution and communicate that connection and vision to various technical and executive audiences.

AS A SOLUTIONS CONSULTANT AT SNOWFLAKE, YOU WILL:

As a Data Scientist / MLOps Consultant within Snowflake Professional Services, you will design and deliver machine learning and AI solutions for customers across a range of industries. This role focuses on helping customers implement scalable, production-ready solutions, including custom machine learning models, platform migrations, dashboards, GenAI applications, agents, and MLOps pipelines. You will work directly with customer stakeholders and internal teams to drive impactful solutions.

Skillset and Delivery Activities:

  • Proficiency in SQL.
  • Proficiency in Python and common data science libraries such as scikit-learn, pandas, NumPy, and SciPy.
  • Experience deploying machine learning models into production environments.
  • Deep understanding of core machine learning and statistical concepts.
  • Hands-on experience developing machine learning models. (Any of time series forecasting, regression, classification, clustering or neural networks).
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with customer stakeholders and cross-functional peers.
  • Demonstrated leadership and ownership in technical delivery.
  • Experience working with at least one major cloud platform, including AWS, Azure, or GCP.
  • Experience using generative AI tools to improve productivity in software development, solution design, or delivery workflows.

Preferred skills:

  • Experience working with the Snowflake platform.
  • Experience architecting solutions across multiple cloud services.
  • Experience leading teams through complex technical projects.
  • Previous consulting experience in customer-facing delivery environments.
  • Strong understanding of the end-to-end MLOps lifecycle, including deployment, monitoring, retraining, consumption, and automation.
