Aufgaben
Im Lead in Fashion Traineeprogramm lernst du den Store von Grund auf kennen – von der Verkaufsfläche über Commercial und Operations bis hin zur ersten Verantwortung in der Management Phase.
Du entwickelst ein Gespür für Menschen, Zahlen und Trends. Du lernst, Prioritäten zu setzen, dein Team zu motivieren und gemeinsam starke Ergebnisse zu erreichen.
Workshops zu Kommunikation, Feedback, Konflikt- und Stressmanagement, systemische Coachings und regelmäßige Entwicklungsgespräche unterstützen dich auf deinem Weg.
Qualifikation
Du bringst erste Berufserfahrung im Einzelhandel mit und hast idealerweise eine Ausbildung oder ein Studium im Bereich Fashion oder Betriebswirtschaft abgeschlossen.
Dabei weißt du: Gute Führung entsteht dort, wo Menschen gefordert, gefördert und in ihrer Entwicklung begleitet werden.
Du liebst Zahlen, Trends und wirtschaftliche Zusammenhänge – und möchtest lernen, daraus gezielte Entscheidungen für den Store abzuleiten. Gleichzeitig lebst du für Fashion, bist offen für neue Perspektiven und entwickelst dein Gespür für Kund*innen und Kollektionen kontinuierlich weiter.
Mit deiner Flexibilität bist du bereit, verschiedene Standorte in Deutschland kennenzulernen. Auf Deutsch und Englisch kommunizierst du sicher mit unseren internationalen Teams.
