Als Marketing Manager: in (m/w/d) steuerst Du unser gesamtes Marketing – zentral und übergreifend. Du behältst den Überblick über alle Projekte, Kanäle, Partner und Gewerke, koordinierst nach außen und moderierst nach innen. Website, Kampagne oder Shooting: Du hast den Hut auf. Eine Rolle mit enorm viel Gestaltungsspielraum und direktem Draht zum Gründer.
Aufgaben
- Marketing steuern, entwickeln und planen – übergreifend über alle Kanäle und Projekte
- Du hast den Hut auf: egal ob Website-Anpassungen, Kampagnen-Entwicklung oder Shootings
- Externe Gewerke koordinieren: Content, Design, Shootings, Website – briefen, Feedback geben, abnehmen
- Social-Kanäle pflegen und steuern: LinkedIn & Instagram – briefen, posten, Community
- Kampagnensteuerung über Meta & Google – gemeinsam mit externen Partnern
- Schnittstelle zum Vertrieb: Sales- und Kundenfeedback einsammeln und in neue Maßnahmen überführen
- Interne Kommunikation und Moderation: Materialien ausrollen, Team-Announcements, SharePoint-Marketingstruktur aufbauen
- Events und Release-Termine koordinieren
Qualifikation
Das brauchst Du:
- Viel Überblick, Verbindlichkeit und Eigenantrieb – Du treibst Themen selbst voran
- 2–4 Jahre Marketing-Erfahrung, idealerweise im B2B
- Quereinstieg ausdrücklich möglich: z. B. aus Projektkoordination, Grafikdesign oder Events
- Erfahrung in der Steuerung externer Gewerke und interner Abläufe (Kommunikation, Events, Release-Dates)
- Deutsch fließend, Englisch sicher
Das ist ein Plus:
- Grundkenntnisse in Figma & Adobe Creative Cloud
- Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit Agenturen und Dienstleistern
