Position: Analyst 3 - Data Analytics
Exp: 5 to 7.5 years
Job Location: Chennai

Responsibilities:
- Collaborating with business leaders to assess data needs and crafting technical specifications for data analytics initiatives
- Identifying and integrating alternative data sources to enrich analytics and insights for stakeholder decision-making
- Employing analytics and reporting tools to extract actionable insights from complex, large-scale data sets
- Querying and synthesizing data from multiple big data platforms, including Teradata, SQL Server, Hadoop, and AWS
- Conducting exploratory data analysis and hypothesis testing to uncover key business drivers and insights
- Creating predictive models for sales, demand, and other critical business metrics to aid in strategic planning
- Evaluating marketing campaigns and business initiatives to measure effectiveness and identify improvement opportunities
- Presenting complex analytical findings to executives using clear narratives and compelling data visualizations
- Ensuring adherence to data governance, privacy, and security standards in analytical operations
- Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
- Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary.
