Als (Senior) Solution Engineer (m/f/d) Passwordless Authentication & Identity Security bist du technischer Ansprechpartner für Kunden, Partner und Vertrieb. Du entwickelst Sicherheitskonzepte, begleitest Integrationsprojekte und unterstützt Unternehmen bei der Einführung moderner Authentifizierungs- und Identitätslösungen.
Du arbeitest dabei an der Schnittstelle zwischen Vertrieb, Produktmanagement, Entwicklung und Kunden und trägst maßgeblich zum Erfolg unserer Security-Lösungen bei.
Technische Beratung von Kunden und Geschäftspartnern Analyse der Kundenanforderungen, Entwicklung von Lösungsarchitekturen Durchführung von Workshops, Produktschulungen und Präsentationen Unterstützung des Vertriebs bei Ausschreibungen und Angeboten Planung und Durchführung von Proof-of-Concepts (PoC) Integration des Swissbit iShield Key in bestehende Systeme Beratung zu Microsoft Entra ID und hybriden Identitätsinfrastrukturen Entwicklung von FIDO2-, Passkey- und Multi-Faktor-Authentifizierungslösungen Technische Schulung von Partnern und Erstellung technischer Dokumentationen Beobachtung technologischer Entwicklungen und enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Produktmanagement
Abgeschlossenes Ingenieurstudium im Bereich Informatik, Elektrotechnik, Systemtechnik oder vergleichbare Qualifikation Mehrjährige Erfahrung im technischen Presales oder Cyber Security Fundierte Kenntnisse in Microsoft Entra ID und Active Directory Erfahrung mit FIDO2, Passkeys, Multi-Faktor-Authentifizierung Verständnis für Public Key Infrastructures Kenntnisse in Hardware Security Keys und weitere IAM-Lösung von Vorteil Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Präsentationsfähigkeit sowie Freude am Kundenkontakt Lösungsorientierte, strukturierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise Teamfähigkeit in internationalem Umfeld Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse Reisebereitschaft von 20–30%
