Als Product Manager mit PO-Verantwortung bist du der zentrale Treiber für die Umsetzung unserer Produktvision in echte, nutzerrelevante Features. Du arbeitest eng mit Entwicklung, UX, Customer Success, Marketing und der Geschäftsführung zusammen und sorgst dafür, dass Ideen strukturiert, effizient und mit klarer Priorisierung Realität werden.Gemeinsam mit einem zweiten PM verantwortest du unser gesamtes Produkt und bringst sowohl strategische als auch operative Fähigkeiten mit.
Aufgaben
- End-to-End-Verantwortung für den Feature-Realisierungsprozess: von Idee bis Livegang
- Priorisierung des Backlogs basierend auf Business-Zielen, Nutzerfeedback & techn. Machbarkeit
- Pflege & Strukturierung des Backlogs inkl. Akzeptanzkriterien & Schätzungen
- Roadmap Entwicklung und Quartals Planung
- Organisation & Moderation aller Scrum-Rituale: Sprint Plannings, Reviews, Retros, Dailys
- Kommunikation & Abstimmung mit allen Stakeholdern – intern & extern
- Teilnahme an User-Feedback-Runden & Sales Meetings, Übersetzung in Stories & Epics
- Definition und Weiterentwicklung relevanter Produkt-KPIs
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit UX Research, Engineering und dem CPO
Qualifikation
- Du bringst relevante Berufserfahrung als Product Manager oder Product Owner in einem agilen Tech-Umfeld mit
- Vertrautheit mit Produktentwicklungsprozessen (Scrum/Kanban)
- Deine ausgeprägten Kommunikations- und Moderationsfähigkeiten zeichnen dich aus
- Du bringst ein gutes Verständnis für Technische Zusammenhänge & User-Zentrierung mit
- Außerdem bist du erfahren mit Produktmetriken und datenbasierter Priorisierung
- Deine innere Motivation, ein Produkt aktiv mitzugestalten, und nicht nur zu verwalten treibt dich an
- Du konntest bereits relevante Erfahrung im Umgang mit Tools wie Jira, GitLab oder Figma sammeln
