- mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in den Bereichen Qualitätsmanagement, Qualitätssicherung, Engineering, Entwicklung, IT-/Informationssysteme sowie technische Dokumentation
- fundierte Erfahrung in der Qualitätssicherung und Entwicklung sicherheitskritischer Embedded-Software
- gute Kenntnisse von Luftfahrtstandards wie DO-178 und DO-330 oder vergleichbaren Normen aus den Bereichen Automotive, Medizintechnik oder Schienenverkehr (z. B. ISO 26262)
- idealerweise zusätzliche Kenntnisse weiterer Luftfahrtstandards oder vergleichbarer branchenspezifischer Normen
- eine ausgeprägte Affinität zu strukturierten Dokumentations-, Verifikations- und Qualitätssicherungsprozessen
- vertiefte Anwenderkenntnisse in Python sowie im Anforderungsmanagement mit IBM Rational DOORS
- verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse für die Dokumentation, Kundenkommunikation und internationale Zusammenarbeit
