Wir wollen mit READO das Spotify-Äquivalent für den Buchmarkt schaffen. Unsere App ist eine Social-Media-Plattform für Bücherfans, die Community, Austausch und Inspiration rund ums Lesen vereint. Damit unsere Marke über alle Kanäle hinweg sichtbar wird, suchen wir Unterstützung im Bereich Grafikdesign und Content Creation. Während deines Pflichtpraktikums arbeitest du eng mit unserem Marketing- und Gründerteam zusammen und gestaltest Inhalte, die von tausenden Leserinnen und Lesern gesehen werden – von Social-Media-Posts über Werbemittel bis hin zu Kampagnenvisuals.
Aufgaben
- Gestaltung von Social-Media-Content für Instagram, TikTok & Co.
- Erstellung von Grafiken, Carousels, Stories, Reels-Covern und weiteren visuellen Assets
- Entwicklung und Gestaltung von Werbemitteln für Online- und Offline-Marketing
- Unterstützung bei der Weiterentwicklung unseres Corporate Designs
- Erstellung von Präsentationen und Marketingmaterialien
- Zusammenarbeit mit dem Marketing-Team bei Kampagnen und Produkt-Launches
- Einbringen eigener kreativer Ideen für unsere Social-Media-Präsenz
- Unterstützung bei der Gestaltung neuer Features sowie Optimierung der User Experience unserer READO App (UI/UX)
Qualifikation
- Pflichtpraktikum im Rahmen eines Studiums (z. B. Grafikdesign, Kommunikationsdesign, Mediendesign oder vergleichbar)
- Sicherer Umgang mit Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator und InDesign) oder vergleichbaren Design-Tools wie Figma oder Canva
- Gespür für modernes Design, Social-Media-Trends und Markenkommunikation
- Kreativität, Eigeninitiative und eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise
- Erste Erfahrungen mit Content Creation oder Grafikdesign sind von Vorteil
- Idealerweise nutzt du READO bereits und kennst unsere App sowie unsere Community – das ist aber kein Muss
