Aufgaben
- Prüfung und Buchung von Eingangsrechnungen
- Prüfung, Kontierung und Buchung von Geschäftsvorfällen
- Abstimmung von Konten (Haupt- und Nebenbuch)
- Klärung und Abstimmung von Differenzen
- Mitwirkung bei Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen
- Verbuchung und Abstimmung der Kassenbelege
- Unterstützung bei der Einhaltung gesetzlicher Vorschriften (HGB, UStG, KStG etc.)
- Bereitstellung von Informationen für Management, Steuerberater und Banken
- Anlagenbuchhaltung
- Beurteilung von steuerlichen Gescäftsvorfällen (Kreditoren/ Debitoren)
- Unterstützung bei der Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung von Prozessen
Qualifikation
- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, idealerweise mit Zusatzqualifikation als Finanzbuchhalter/in
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Finanzbuchhaltung
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office und gängigen ERP-Systemen
- Gute Deutschkenntnisse, Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil
- Selbstständige, präzise und vertrauliche Arbeitsweise
- Ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeit, Flexibilität und Hands-on-Mentalität
- Verantwortungsbewusstsein und sehr gute Organisationsfähigkeiten
- Sicherer Umgang mit sensiblen Daten
