Job Description
Purpose of the role
To manage and improve products, and the effective execution of these products.
Accountabilities
- Management and improvement of products using agile methodologies to support the monitoring of metrics such as usage, adoption, and customer satisfaction, and to support the development of roadmaps that aim to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of a product.
- Collaboration with stakeholders including traders, salespeople, risk managers and technology teams to align the product vision and development process. .
- Utilisation of market research, analysis of customer feedback and monitoring of industry trends to identify new products, features or enhancements. .
- Development and execution of reports and presentations to communicate product updates, features, requirements, acceptance criteria and success stories to relevant stakeholders, including developers. .
- Execution of user acceptance testing to validate product concepts, identify areas for improvement, and iterate on design prototypes. .
- Development and execution of go-to-market strategies for a smooth launch of new products or features in collaboration with marketing, sales, and customer support teams. .

Basic / Essential Qualifications:
- Production Verification Testing (PVT) and release validation.
- Functional and end-to-end testing across digital applications.
- Test planning, test execution, and defect management.
- Root cause analysis and troubleshooting.
- Automation testing concepts and frameworks.
- Customer journey and customer experience validation.
- Stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.
- Risk identification and mitigation.

- Agile or testing certifications (ISTQB, SAFe, Agile Testing, etc.).
- Understanding of customer journey mapping and UX validation.
- Good to have some exposure with automation tools such as Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, or similar frameworks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute production verification testing following major and minor releases.
- Validate customer journeys across web, mobile, and servicing platforms.
- Design, maintain, and execute PVT test scenarios and test packs.
- Identify, document, and manage defects through to resolution.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Developers, and QA teams to ensure high-quality releases.
- Contribute to the automation of PVT testing processes and improve testing efficiency.
- Perform exploratory testing and customer experience validation.
- Support release readiness, go-live activities, and post-deployment verification.
- Drive continuous improvement of PVT standards, templates, and best practices.
